Eligibility & Use of Services
Services are available to adults and minors with parent or legal guardian consent. A parent or guardian must complete all required waivers and documentation for clients under 18.
Health Safety & Medical Responsibility
The Recovery District provides wellness and recovery services including but not limited to cryotherapy, red light therapy, compression therapy, assisted stretch, and massage.

These services are not medical treatment and are not a substitute for professional medical care.

Certain modalities have contraindications and may not be appropriate for all individuals.

Clients are responsible for fully disclosing injuries, pregnancy, medical conditions, medications, and health concerns.

Some services may require physician clearance prior to participation.

Participation is voluntary and at the client’s own risk.
All clients must complete a liability waiver through the Boulevard platform prior to receiving services.
Payments & Billing

A valid card on file is required to book and maintain services or memberships.

Cards on file may be charged for memberships, late cancellations, no-shows, and outstanding balances.

Memberships with overdue or declined payments are subject to immediate suspension until the account is brought current.
Membership & Service Terms
Membership Billing & Non-Payment
Memberships require an active payment method and must remain in good standing.

If a scheduled membership payment is declined or not received when due, the membership will be automatically suspended.

Continued non-payment may result in cancellation of the membership.
Reactivation or new enrollment will be at the current standard membership rate in effect at that time.
Founders Membership Terms
Founders Membership pricing is a limited, introductory rate offered for a restricted enrollment period.

Founders Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable.

If a Founders Membership is canceled for any reason, including non-payment, the promotional rate is permanently forfeited.

Clients who choose to rejoin at a later date must enroll at the current standard membership rate in effect at that time.

Founders pricing cannot be reinstated, honored retroactively, or applied to future memberships once canceled.
Client Conduct & Facility Rules
To maintain a safe environment:

Harassment, unsafe behavior, intoxication, or disruptive conduct will not be tolerated.

The Recovery District reserves the right to refuse service or remove any individual from the premises for safety or policy violations.

No refunds will be issued in these situations.
Photo & Video Consent
The Recovery District may capture photo and video content within the facility for marketing, promotional, and educational purposes.
By entering the facility, clients acknowledge that they may appear in this content. Clients who prefer not to be filmed must notify staff in advance.
Personal Belongings
The Recovery District is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
Limitation of Liability
By participating in services, clients acknowledge inherent risks associated with physical recovery modalities and agree to assume full responsibility for participation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Recovery District shall not be liable for injuries, losses, damages, or claims arising from use of services, facility access, equipment, or participation in treatments.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from services, purchases, or facility use will be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of California.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California.
Policy Updates
The Recovery District reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
